Missing Link Films, co-founded by award winning husband-and-wife team Ben and Heather Link, is a breath of fresh air for the advertising community. Something that they identified was missing from the industry many years ago while Heather Link was a marketeer client-side working in global marketing at HSBC, CNN and consulting for luxury brands.

The company is becoming renowned for their flourishing roster and commitment to new talent, with prolific young comedy directors like Florence Winter Hill, and seasoned laugh out loud talent Alicia McDonald to award-winning Greg Bray with his quirky character based humour. Then there is the emerging talent that is carefully curated and supported by this award winning production team.

Missing Link Films is the production company to watch in 2023, not only for output, but for the work they are doing at raising awareness around under-representation, by supporting female, ethnically diverse and LGBTQ+ directors in the industry, as well as crew. With less than 10% of commercials in the UK directed by women, it was one of the key reasons that Missing Link Films was founded.
