Agencies have named MiQ as the best overall media owner to work with in the IPA’s Spring Digital Media Owner Survey, announced today (25th March 2020).
The Survey highlights which media owners deliver the highest levels of service and which have shown a commitment to continually improving their digital standards.
Over 90% of their respondents agreed that the overall experience of working with MiQ was a good one. They were followed by Quantcast (85.1%), Mail Metro Media (84.8%) and Captify (84.6%).
While MiQ leads overall and among Ad Networks/Exchanges, DSPS and Sales Houses, Mail Metro Media (84.8%) leads among Crossover Media and Verizon (Oath) (75.4%) leads among Online Pure Plays.
Other key findings:
Once again, the IPA Digital Media Owner Survey includes the JICSWEBS Digital Trading Standards Group Status of each supplier. Of the 27 listed suppliers, 23 are DTSG Certified, meaning the business has had their brand safety policies and processes independently verified, and have received a seal of approval.
Says Nigel Gwilliam, director of media affairs, IPA: "In an increasingly uncertain and volatile market, it is more important than ever for agencies to know which media owners are committed to investing in a professional, mutually beneficial working relationship. Congratulations to MiQ for their demonstrable commitment to high levels of service provision.”
The IPA Digital Media Owner Survey is released twice a year, in spring and autumn. For each survey a panel of planners, strategists, buyers and digital specialists rate only those media owners they have a working relationship with against a set of attributes on a seven-point scale from strongly agree to strongly disagree.
