Michelle Kruger Joins Ambassadors as Head of Production in Amsterdam

Creative production studio Ambassadors has welcomed South African industry vet Michelle Kruger as head of production. 

Michelle brings over 15 years of live-action and post-production experience from her native South Africa, where she worked with local and international agencies and brands including Jung von Matt, Grey London, BBH, Asics, Nivea and Lipton.

She’s since made the move to Amsterdam, where Michelle will lead Ambassadors’ production team across Amsterdam and New York and work to set the tone for the client’s experience with the studio as a go-to production partner across animation, VFX, colour grade, edit, and deepfake craft. She will work closely with founding partner Halbo van der Klaauw and general manager Christel Hofstee, who joined Ambassadors from Halal in 2021.

Founded over 15 years ago by Dutch leaders in post-production, Ambassadors has since grown to a creative production studio of over 80 people across New York and specialised in craft, creativity and artificial intelligence. Ambassador’ recent projects include ‘Wear Your Denim Till the End’ for G-Star Raw, which leveraged a unique blend of VFX and artificial intelligence to show a man ageing together with his denim.
