Wunderman Thompson Germany announced the appointment of Michael Kutschinski as chief creative officer in a newly created position.
In his new role as chief creative officer at Wunderman Thompson, Michael will be responsible for increasing the creative reputation on an international scale and developing an innovative approach to the firm’s customer journey strategy.

Based in Hamburg, Michael will be responsible for the creative direction of the firm and will drive the connection of technology and data.
A creative with a passion for technology
Michael has worked as an experienced creative professional for many major global brands such as Allianz, CISCO, IBM, IKEA, Leica, Lufthansa, MINI, Nescafé and Volkswagen.
Until April 2021, he was chief creative officer of Plan.Net Group. Prior to this, he spent 15 years at Ogilvy, most recently as chief creative officer Germany and global creative lead digital engagement. He also held previous positions at Jung von Matt, Pixelpark and Digital World.
