Proximity Canada announced today that Michael Kasprow has joined the agency effective immediately as Executive Creative Director. In his new role, Kasprow will have responsibility for the agency’s overall creative output, as well as collaborating with Proximity’s global creative council. He was most recently Partner and Executive Director of Innovation at UNION Advertising Canada.
“Mike is one of a handful of leaders in this business who has truly deep digital and CRM experience,” said Adrian Capobianco, President of Proximity Canada. “He is the right person to fuel our data-driven creativity at Proximity. He understands the value that CRM brings to our business. Mike will add creative firepower to our team, which is already one of the best digital agencies in the world according to the WARC 100 rankings.”
Kasprow has nearly 20 years’ experience leading digitally driven organizations. From building his own agency, Trapeze, to working with interaction designers throughout the world at Microsoft’s Design Expo, developing talented leaders and winning awards and accolades globally, he has been a force in the digital space since 1999.
“I have an insatiable curiosity for the new. Advancements in data and its employability over the communications ecosystem are things I have been compelled by for some time now.
