Michael Adamo Launches Fieldtrip

Welcome to Fieldtrip!  We are London's newest production company.  Fieldtrip is led by a diverse array of award-winning directorial talent, all of whom have one thing in common, their capacity to work across disciplines combining live action and animation with great results.  The ability of our directors to work in a multi-disciplinary fashion is integral to Fieldtrip's ethos and working practise, allowing us to consistently deliver world class content for our clients whatever the medium.

 

In addition we here at Fieldtrip are excited to announce the evolution of our strategic partnership with US hot shots, 1st Avenue Machine.  An exclusive, reciprocal, and 360-degree partnership, it marks the establishment of 1st Avenue Machine UK and Fieldtrip USA.  It provides a home-away-from-home for 1st Avenue Machine’s distinctive array of talents, including Arvind Palep, Aaron Duffy and Asif Mian, with the space and supporting staff to continue their ground-breaking work.

 

Fieldtrip has been founded by Michael Adamo. Well known and respected in the industry both in the UK and internationally, Michael worked at Passion Pictures as Executive Producer and Head of New Business for the previous 9 years.  He began his career in New York after graduating from NYU's Graduate Film School, quickly moving on to direct, produce and was even an animator for a period, working at various companies in both New York City and Los Angeles.

D.A.D.D.Y.: inventive, clever and endearing Irish directing duo D.A.D.D.Y. handle live-action and animation with equal ease, deftly navigating diverse genres from comedy to suspense.  

 

Marc Reisbig: Reisbig’s work clearly reflects his roots in animation and his love of design.  Equally at home directing animation or live action, he takes greatest pleasure combining the two, creating stylish and evocative mixed media films.

 

Art & Graft: East London-based design and animation studio, Art & Graft, are the industry’s best-kept secret.  Captivated by design and detail with a down to earth approach, they are at their best when making stylish 2D & 3D animation or combining it with live-action.

 

Martin Jalfen: Former agency creative, Martin Jalfen, effortlessly blends stop motion, live action, 2D and 3D animation.  His brilliant work for Smart Car garnered multiple Cannes’ Lions while his recent work for Doritos, ‘Altman’s Revenge’ showcases his comedic timing and keen eye for casting.
