Indiana-based fiber optic communication services provider Metronet today selected integrated marketing agency Upshot as its agency of record following a review.
Effective immediately, Upshot will be responsible for all of the company’s integrated marketing needs including strategic development, creative development and execution, media planning and buying, advertising, digital, and retail marketing. The business will be handled out of the agency’s Chicago office with the first work for Metronet expected to launch in early 2015.

Upshot will be responsible for Metronet’s regional marketing and advertising throughout Indiana. Metronet was founded 10 years ago and has since grown to offer services delivered across its 100% fiber optic network – made up of thousands of miles of fiber optic cables connected directly to homes and businesses in nearly 20 communities statewide.
The new relationship with Upshot will help Metronet meet its aggressive growth plans as the company moves into new markets. More specifically, Upshot will be helping the brand reach and convert prospects and better target existing customers with upsell offers.
