Kozlowska joins from Meta where she was a senior producer for Meta Creative Experiences

Leo Burnett London appoints Meta’s Natalie Kozlowska as head of production and innovation to help transform the production department to deliver on new opportunities 360-degree multichannel campaign work will bring for clients in 2022 and beyond.

Kozlowska joins from Meta where she was a senior producer for Meta Creative Experiences. She was responsible for Meta’s social content for Facebook Blue App UK and for producing content for Oculus, both in the UK and internationally, as well as playing a role in Meta’s development within the Metaverse from its conception.

In the cross-departmental role she will support Emily Marr – who joined Leo Burnett London in the newly-created role of chief production officer in April 2021 – in expanding and building on the current digital skillsets of Leo Burnett London’s production department and its existing strengths in traditional media. Alongside her Kozlowska will also lead on TUI account, which Leo Burnett London won in late 2020 and subsequently launched its first work in October 2021, a new brand platform to reposition the brand for the post-pandemic world.

On Kozlowska’s appointment, Marr said: “Natalie was my first hire at Mother. She has all the brilliant skills of a producer plus the foresight and agility to think ahead and move with and beyond the industry. She also understands the Metaverse which will be invaluable to us as an agency. Her learnings as well as extensive knowledge will help ensure that as an agency, we are continually evolving. We’re building something special at Leo Burnett and Nat’s skillset will be key to that.”

Kozlowska will be returning to Leo Burnett London where she began her advertising career at the creative agency in 2008 and spent six and a half years. Along with her time at Meta, she has worked at Motel Company – where she did Klarna’s first campaign in the UK – Droga5 and Mother including Stella Artois, KFC, NOKIA, Boots, moneysupermarket.com, and Zalando and Debenhams, including their Christmas ads.

On her appointment and return to Leo Burnett London, Kozlowska said: “I’m really excited to be teaming up again with Emily and Chaka as well as work alongside Mark. This is a particularly exciting time for production across an ever-evolving landscape. My experience has provided me with invaluable insights in a rapidly developing digital world, which I’m looking forward to exploring with Leo’s clients and the agency’s talented team. I can’t wait to develop new technologies and harness the power of innovation within production to help Leo’s build on its momentum from the last few years.’’

Leo Burnett has enjoyed notable production highlights from the last year, including the acclaimed campaigns ŠKODA ‘Purr & Grr’, McDonald’s ‘Imaginary Iggy’ and McSpicy, and Disney+ ‘House of Disney+’.

Kozlowska starts immediately.
