Merman and Independent Talent Group Partner For Branded Content and Ads

Merman, the global production company, has entered into Joint Venture Partnership with Independent Talent Group (ITG), the leading talent and literary agency in Europe, to exclusively produce advertising and branded content, with ITG taking an equity stake within Merman London.

ITG represents many of the most iconic talent working in media today. 

For Merman, this announcement concludes the current Merman global strategy commenced earlier this year, with the merger of New York based commercials production company a WHITELABEL product, under the Merman USA banner. For ITG the new venture will see the closure of its award-winning commercials production company, Black Label.

The Merman USA leadership team in Los Angeles and New York, brings together Kira Carstensen, Annique DeCaestecker and Ellen Clarke, who all assume the roles of managing partner. Merman London continues under managing director, Siobhan Murphy and managing partner Jeremy Rainbird, with Duncan Heath, ITG co-chairman, assuming position as chairman of the Merman London board.

Merman currently creates TV, film, branded entertainment, advertising and short form episodic content out of its three offices in London, New York and Los Angeles.

The Merman ITG partnership will offer an unrivalled global hub of creativity and talent across all genres in both advertising and entertainment.
