Mercedes-Benz’s Online Showroom Allows Small Business Owners to Reserve and Pay for Vans Online

Mercedes-Benz Vans has launched a new payment process to its online showroom, enabling small business owners to reserve and pay for new and used vans directly.

The online showroom allows customers to make online reservations and payments, with hundreds of vans to choose from in one place from 110 dealerships across the UK. It means customers now have the flexibility to do all, or part, of their sales journey online as well as choose from the widest range of new and used Mercedes-Benz Vans in the UK. 

It comes as new research from Mercedes-Benz Vans revealed a third (33%) of small business van drivers said being able to buy a van online would save them money, 37% said it would save them time and 30% said it would be more efficient for their business.

The online showroom reflects the growing demand from consumers to have the option to shop online to save time and money, for everything from smaller day-to-day purchases to business critical buys. By 2025 the UK e-commerce market is expected to be worth over £260 billion.

The online showroom exists alongside our bricks-and-mortar dealerships, to make sure our customers can purchase vehicles wherever they are.”

The Mercedes Benz online showroom offers a range of filters to help customers choose from over 800 new and used vans depending on their needs and budget, and includes a finance calculator to work out what a finance contract might look like. Mercedes-Benz Vans customers, buying new or used vans from the online showroom, also benefit from the brand’s enviable 30 years free 24/7 roadside assistance cover, which covers even minor mishaps like losing your keys or window breakage.
