The Shipyard announces the addition of Melissa Webber as executive creative director in the Newport office.

Melissa is an award-winning creative leader with over two decades of experience in executing high-profile campaigns for global brands. She works across disciplines and platforms to deliver creative that inspires audiences and delivers real results.

Prior to her appointment at The Shipyard, Melissa served as the senior vice president, brand creative director for Mazda at Garage Team Mazda, as well as vice president brand creative director for BMW at GREY. Melissa’s expertise spans from managing global creative teams to execute 360 campaigns for multi-million-dollar accounts, to creating breakthrough work for regional clients like the California Lottery and Southern California Edison. 

Melissa has won many prestigious awards over the span of her career and her talent has been widely recognised in publications such as ADWEEK ‘Top 25 Best Ads of The Year.’
