Mode of transportation to Cannes – BA To Nice. Nice!
How are you getting from the airport – ‘I've gladly authorised this expense for a helicopter into Cannes from Nice!’ said our accounts team… never.
UBER works just fine (provided there isn’t a cabbie strike/protest like 2016) and I’ve always managed to book the same driver for the slightly broken return journey 4 or 5 days later
Accommodation: A teeny weeny hotel, one block back from the Croisette. 10 min stroll from the LBB Beach

Cannes Wake Up Time – On the beach by 9, SHARP
Top Spot for a Meeting – I know this lovely little bar/restaurant perched on the edge of a golden beach…… ;)
Favourite Restaurant – Table 22, but please don’t tell anyone
Favourite Watering Hole – You could always drop a grand on a round at The Carlton, but you're probably best going anywhere else
Favourite Shopping destination – If shopping includes Food and Wine, then see above
Best Guest List to be on – Wherever Von Adams is playing
Tourist Site/Activity not to be missed – Make sure you at least see the old town. A morning wander with a fuzzy head and a strong coffee in hand is a brief (but welcome) change of scenery.
Top Cannes tip – Morning swim as soon as the beach opens. Instant reboot!

‘From Home’ comfort item – Nothing needed
First thing you do when you get to Cannes – Water (and proper Orangina in glass bottles) in your fridge, then hit the beach
Cannes exercise of choice – The Croisette, End to end, twice a day is more than enough
