Creative production company MediaMonks is expanding its marcom expertise with the hire of Marta Tomczak as Head of Brand Communications, and the promotion of Marieke van Zanten to Global Communications Manager, leading an 11-Monk strong team responsible for branding, marketing, PR and communications.
Marta brings more than a decade of experience in brand strategy and strategic communications acquired at creative, tech and digital companies, including multinational telecommunications company VEON. Her general affinity with the creative industry was kindled at 180 Amsterdam agency and international reputation management firm, FinchFactor. At MediaMonks, she will oversee global brand communication and PR. Taking on a new role at MediaMonks, Marieke will be responsible for managing internal communications, events and sponsorship, maintaining MediaMonks’ unique DNA of empowering talent across 11 offices. Her team will work closely with the company's senior leadership to ensure that MediaMonks keeps strengthening its reputation as a production company. The newly formed team will also further develop clients offering to help boost the success of their creative campaigns covering social media, digital assets creation, awards entries, events and PR.
