MEC Appoints Lisa Walker as Managing Director

MEC, a leading media agency, today announced the appointment of Lisa Walker as a Managing Partner.

Lisa will oversee client leadership and communications planning and will report into Paul Hutchison, Deputy Managing Director at MEC.

Speaking on the appointment, Paul Hutchison, Deputy Managing Director at MEC said: “Lisa combines a deep understanding of client marketing and advertising needs with a strategic approach to multi-media and communications planning.  I’m confident that the work she will be overseeing at MEC will be key for the growth of our clients’ business.”

Formerly Marketing Director at 118 118, Lisa brings with her a wealth of experience in branding, communication and media planning. In her previous role she was tasked with repositioning and refreshing the brand through advertising and sponsorship. Lisa launched a major multi-million pound re-positioning campaign and developed a complex customer segmentation-based multi-channel media buying and creative strategy to optimise media effectiveness for the company. Lisa also held senior marketing and digital marketing roles at companies including HSBC, Fish4 and T-Mobile.
