MEC, a leading media agency, today announced two internal promotions to senior positions within the company. Rob Lynam has been promoted to the newly created position of Head of Trading while Emma Dibben has been made Head of Display.
Lynam, as Head of Trading, will be responsible for leading all the trading needs of MEC’s clients. He will continue to develop strong working relationships with Print and Digital media owners, identifying opportunities in the market and delivering the best media value solutions for MEC’s clients.
As Head of Display, Dibben will lead the Display Activation team, a team recently formed following the integration of the Print and Digital teams. Dibben will be working to ensure that MEC delivers the highest level of planning and buying performance in these specialist areas.
Lynam and Dibben will report into Phil Wise, who takes on the role of sole Head of Investment following the departure of Clare Rush with whom he previously shared responsibility.
Jason Dormieux, joint-CEO at MEC, said, “These promotions further strengthen MEC’s position at the forefront of an ever-evolving media landscape. Emma and Rob bring not just their wealth of experience, but also strong leadership skills and first rate client relationships. As a team, we are perfectly placed to do exceptional work for our clients that enable them to thrive.”
