MEC, has appointed Veronica Norcross as Client Service Director for MEC Latin America. The announcement was made by Renato de Paula, MEC’s Latin America CEO.
Based in the regional headquarter in Miami, Veronica will develop and implement strong client-centric solutions for all key regional clients and drive the agency’s client leadership community. Veronica comes from a position as Managing Partner with MEC Global Solutions in London.
Speaking on the appointment, Renato de Paula said, “Veronica is an extremely experienced client leader with a sharp focus on clients and what they need to thrive in today’s complex and competitive market. She is a role model in our industry and beyond, and I couldn’t think of anyone better suited to lead our regional clients to continued growth.”
Veronica Norcross added, “I believe that we can only be great partners for our clients if we treat their business as our business. So, to help our clients in the region towards real business growth, my first action will be to spend time with them and with our MEC teams to understand their goals, challenges and opportunities for 2017 and beyond.”
Moving into 2017, MEC in Latin America will have continued focus on delivering strong marketing solutions for its clients, winning new business and continue the roll-out of the agency’s specialist content offer MEC Wavemaker to all markets in the region.

Veronica Norcross is a long-standing member of MEC’s international client leadership team. She has over 12 years’ experience in media, nine of those at MEC. She has worked with global and regional clients across finance, industry, travel, technology, luxury, entertainment and non-profit verticals and in both the B2B and B2C space, among others for Xerox, Tiffany & Co, Vodafone, Marriott, Paramount Pictures, Chevron and UNHCR.
Veronica joins MEC Miami from a position as Managing Partner with MEC Global Solutions EMEA, London, where she led the global team for General Electric, overseeing global strategy and innovation, central planning and buying and network coordination across online and offline media.
