McQueen signs for Park Village
New to the Park Village roster is BAFTA award winning director Mark McQueen, a strong visual, performance and documentary director with award winning credentials. Mark’s visual style combined with his strong storytelling skills give him the perfect edge to enter the world of commercials at Park Village.
His eye for creating insightful documentary style TV shows are clearly demonstrated in the phenomenon that is ‘The Only Way is Essex’ which takes the viewer into the idiosyncratic world of Essex.
His talent for finding the stories in such a crazy world has seen this show pick up ‘The You Tube Audience’ award at thisyear’s BAFTAs.
Before TOWIE he was directing & having fun behind the camera in the equally as popular macho car world of ‘Fifth Gear’.
Mark’s first feature film Devil’s Playground picked up winner of the Best Film and Best Director at the British Horror Film Festival 2009.
