The cosmetics store brand will move forward with McCann as its agency of record

McCann Wins Ulta Beauty Account
Following a competitive review process, Ulta Beauty, the nation’s largest beauty retailer, has selected McCann as its lead creative agency of record. The company has also selected Mediahub to lead media planning.

This announcement marks the next phase of Ulta Beauty’s brand evolution. Two years ago, the company embarked on one of the largest brand makeovers in the beauty business. After defining a new brand look and personality, Ulta Beauty re-launched and built the brand internally and externally.  The updated brand increased consumer awareness, drove store traffic, bolstered loyalty and established a deeper emotional connection with its guests.

Working together, both agencies will take a new channel agnostic approach to engage customers with relevant and timely content when launching the new creative and media integrations in the second half of 2018.
