McArthurGlen Designer Outlets Appoints Wavemaker as Media Agency of Record

Wavemaker today announced that it has won designer outlet owner McArthurGlen’s media account across Europe after a competitive pitch process.

Nathalie Pomroy, McArthurGlen’s chief marketing officer, said: “We were looking to consolidate our media with a network partner that could provide a connected approach across the regions. I believe Wavemaker can offer us precisely that consistency, matched with powerful local insight in our key markets. We are excited to work with their talented team and leverage their culture of positive provocation.”

The media account covers McArthurGlen markets across Europe, including France, Italy, Germany, Greece, The Netherlands, and Austria (on- and offline) as well as Spain and UK (online).

The account is worth $40m.

The win is the latest in a year of successful pitches for Wavemaker, including snapping up accounts for Zwift, Coinbase, Bumble, DiDi and Flixmobility as well as extending relationships with major brands including L’Oréal, Mondelez, Netflix and Pernod Ricard.
