M&C Saatchi Honours Thatcher in Sunday Times

M&C Saatchi paid tribute to Margaret Thatcher with a full page in the Sunday Times and a number of outdoor adverts that featured the line: "The best client we ever had."

 

The two Saatchi brothers, Lord Maurice and Charles, are acknowledging the late former Prime Minister's role in their 1979 campaign for the Conservative Party. One of the most famous aspects of this campaign were the 'Labour isn't working' posters, which many argue played an important role in Thatcher landing in office.
