The Mayor of London selected St Luke’s to work on the launch of the new London Rental Standard after a competitive tender.
The initiative by the Mayor of London is designed to increase the professionalism of renting in the capital, by offering landlords and letting agents accreditation to a minimum set of standards.
A major marketing campaign launched last week to help raise awareness of the new scheme amongst landlords, letting agents and tenants.
The campaign is pan-London and will be live across outdoor, print and digital channels over the next three months.
Dayna Brackley, Senior Manager Marketing, Brand & Digital at the GLA, said: “The London Rental Standard is an important part of the Mayor’s push to improve London’s private rented sector and make London the greatest and fairest city in the world. St Luke’s strategic rigour and creative energy made them the perfect partner for this important task.”
Neil Henderson said: “It’s been a privilege working with the Mayor of London again. More and more people are renting and this campaign will ensure London is setting a new standard for anyone considering renting or being a landlord.”
