Maya Abeysekera and Andrew Carracher Join Showpony
Showpony Melbourne is pleased to announce the appointment of Maya Abeysekera as Account Director. Maya brings with her a wealth of experience in brand strategy and identity from her time as client lead at Brands to Life, working across a wide range of clients in the NFP, government, property, disability and med-tech space.
Jamie Scott, Managing Director of Showpony Melbourne said, “Maya’s proven record in building strong client relationships made her an obvious choice for our growing agency. Her background in brand strategy is the perfect addition given the projects we have on our books right now”.

Meanwhile Andrew Carracher joins Showpony Adelaide as Account Director to manage growth resulting from new business wins in the third quarter of FY2021. Carracher is the fifth new hire for the Adelaide office this year.

Carracher was previously Head of Account Service at KWP Advertising where he worked for more than a decade and more recently as Account Director at BAD.
“Showpony has always had a reputation for great creativity, and I’ve been a fan of their work for years”, said Carracher, “Contributing to the strategic and creative process across a broad range of commercial and government clients is just the challenge I’m looking for”.
