Media agency Maxus has appointed Phil Mahoney as EMEA trading director and Adrian Terry as EMEA finance director.
Mahoney joins the Maxus EMEA management team from PHD Media, where he was head of trading. Prior to this he was at ITV. At Maxus Mahoney will be responsible for trading for all Maxus EMEA markets. He will also take an active role in global and regional new business pitches, along with developing and implementing new trading models.
Terry joins Maxus from GroupM, where he was EMEA commercial director. Prior to this he was the central functions finance director at the Royal Mail. He will also ensure that any business performance insights are shared with both local management and global and EMEA regions.

Hodge added: “Mahoney and Terry will represent strong additions to EMEA CEO Federico de Nardis’ senior management team, and ensure that Maxus continues on its current growth trajectory.”
Mahoney will report directly into Hodge and Terry will report into Federico de Nardis, EMEA CEO and Steve McCulloch, global CFO, Maxus.
