Agency of record introduces its global expertise on music for agencies and brands to Central and Eastern Europe

After Amsterdam, London, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo and Berlin, MassiveMusic extends its global reach with the opening of a new office in Warsaw, Poland. The leading global creative music agency, which helps the world’s most renowned brands become more strategic and effective with the emotional power of music and sound, has announced today that it’s now operational in the capital and largest city of Poland.

As the latest addition to its expanding global footprint, MassiveMusic Warsaw will contribute to further elevating the profile of Polish work in the global scene, while also learning from the incredible local talents, exposing them to an international network.

The team, led by Michał Krajewski, executive creative director at MassiveMusic Warsaw, consists of a mix of experienced as well as emerging music creatives, producers, strategists and supervisors in the advertising scene. Together with Krajewski, they have worked directly with clients, networks and independent agencies within the CEE region and beyond, completing hundreds of projects while being recognised for their work at multiple creative festivals such as the Konkurs Twórców Reklamy SAR and the Music and Sound Awards.

Through this addition, MassiveMusic can now offer a glocal approach to the Polish market, combining the creative thinking of a local team and the overarching strategy of a global music agency. Having Warsaw on board aims to add that unique, crafty touch that will result in new ideas on how music can communicate a brand, product or vision.

With Poland’s economy emerging strongly after the pandemic, adding Warsaw to the roster gives MassiveMusic room for exponential growth in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. “What an excellent move this is for MassiveMusic, to pair up with Poland's leaders in the world of music & sound for brands and their agencies,” says Hans Brouwer, MassiveMusic’s CEO and Founder. “Poland, and more specifically Warsaw, is a melting pot of world-class creative, as well as one of the most important business services hubs in Central and Eastern Europe. With Michał being an ambitious and undeniably talented ECD, we foresee a bright future for them within the MassiveMusic group.”

Michał Krajewski, ECD at MassiveMusic Warsaw, adds: “We are thrilled to bring music to the brands by joining the best music agency in the world. With music & sound being a natural soundtrack to both consumer's and brand's lives, we see so many opportunities to take Polish brands on a musical journey. Our global reach and joint experience makes a unique blend of talented people and deeply rooted strategic and creative musical thinking. Thanks to the local experience and global know-how, we can now deliver best-in-class services – from strategy and creative to music production. We cannot wait to show how we hear the world of brands!”

MassiveMusic Warsaw will be operational starting from November 2021 and will be MassiveMusic’s seventh global office, following in the footsteps of Amsterdam, London, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo and Berlin.

Part of the Songtradr family, the music agency of record was acquired by the largest B2B music licensing platform in the world earlier this year. The deal, which has had MassiveMusic leading Songtradr’s B2B Music Services division since June 2021, brought together state-of-the-art music licensing technologies with best-in-class creation of bespoke music and strategy for brands and agencies.
