A series of new hires have been made at Mass Minority, starting from December 2018, in creative content creation, business management, data analytics and in the design studio.
“We realised 100% year on year growth coming out of 2018 and needed to hire the type of talent that understands the needs of today’s attraction economy,” said Brent Rivard, Mass Minority president.
Mass Minority’s world-class technology platforms are attracting a diverse range of talent that respects data, loves creative storytelling and being engaged in the channels that drive the best results.
“Word is out about Mass Minority. Building the agency of the future from the ground up where we’re bringing data, media, and creativity together to drive better business results is something talent and clients are looking for,” said Rivard.
The new hires include Daria Lysenko as group account director from Rethink; Andrew Pigott, most recently an actor and stage producer out of New York; Carly Trinier previously a content creator for various NGOs; Jean-René Lagacé from New Run and Kevin Linger who worked at DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.
