MAS is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Johnson as Executive Producer and Head of Sales. In her new role, Johnson will work alongside MAS Founding Partner and Managing Director James Alvich in a creative role overseeing and managing current projects while also taking the lead in new business development.
Johnson brings a wide variety of experience to MAS. In addition to her extensive knowledge of production, direction, and sales, her background as a DJ and noted passion for music have positioned her in the production world as a go-to source for music-related projects. The team at MAS is thrilled to bring a leader on board who shares their love and dedication to audio, and who has such deep roots in the commercial production world.

In addition to filling a creative role as EP, Johnson will simultaneously lead sales strategy and the development of MAS’s direct-to-brand division. She will seek out growth opportunities for the company, working closely with agencies and her wide array of contacts to expand the company’s horizons to include new types of work. In particular, Johnson will bring renewed emphasis on partnerships with fashion brands.
Prior to MAS, Johnson headed up East Coast sales at top-tier production and digital studios including B-Reel, Radical Media, and Tool of North America, and held producer roles at SelectNY and JWT.
