Martin Bui Joins MRM UK as Head of Experience Design

MRM UK today announced the appointment of Martin Bui to the role of head of experience Design, MRM UK.

At MRM, Martin will focus on leading and developing a centre of excellence for experience design to help the agency’s local, international and global clients drive growth by delivering innovative, user-centred and compelling brand experiences throughout the customer journey and ecosystems.

For over 20 years, Martin has crafted and executed strategic initiatives to deliver ground-breaking, people-centric customer experiences for leading brands such as British Airways, E.ON, Adidas, BUPA, and Miral’s YAS Island. He has worked for agencies including ENGINE, Sapient, Ogilvy, Havas and most recently, ORM.

Commenting on his appointment, Tom Phillips, head of strategy, MRM UK, said: "We are really excited by the experience Martin brings with him to bolster MRM’s Total CX offering and the immediate impact he has with our clients."

Martin added: “I’ve been at various forms of agencies from digital transformation to product startup and integrated marketing. Nowhere else have I felt the focus and passion for CX and creativity as I have at MRM. I’m excited about joining the team to help shape how we think and create meaningful and rewarding experiences for the future.”

Martin joins after two years as experience design director at ORM where he coordinated and executed the most intensive remote and in-field CX product research and discovery for a major financial client spanning London, New Jersey, and Florida. The initiative demonstrated the importance and power of human-centric design thinking to create meaningful experience and products.
