Marine Stewardship Council Follows the Journey of Seafood from the Ocean to Our Tables in Latest Spot

Dark Energy’s Katie Moriarty-Hopper directs a new film for MSC in a co-production between Dark Energy and Faithful Hound for Don’t Panic.

The Marine Stewardship Council is an international non-profit organisation, that recognises and rewards efforts to protect oceans and safeguard seafood supplies for the future.

The film cleverly shows the journey of seafood from the ocean to our tables in an upbeat spot that encourages us to protect our oceans, this World Ocean Day.

MSC says: "This year’s United Nations World Ocean Day theme is Life and Livelihoods. Our ocean feeds billions of people, covers over 70% of the planet, and provides 80% of the world’s biodiversity. We need to conserve our wonderful marine resources for future generations. The MSC label helps everyone play their part and make sustainable choices. By choosing the blue tick, you can enjoy healthy seafood knowing you’re making the best choice for our ocean – for the life within it and for those whose livelihoods depend on it."
