Former CP+B advertising executive Marie-Alice 'Lisa' Armand has joined Third Street as the Chicago attention agency’s director of client success. A 15-year veteran of account management, most notably at CP+B, Lisa was recruited back into agency life from a successful real estate career. In this newly formed role, she will ensure relationships are strong and strategies are delivered and managed seamlessly with key Third Street clients, including SunFed Ranch Beef, global flavor house Edlong, and educational toy brand Learning Resources.

"Our agency has always been focused on our clients’ success above all. Bringing in Lisa as our Client Success director now helps ensure and push that even further,” said Third Street CCO David T. Jones. “Lisa possesses a potent combination of expertise, enthusiasm and engagement that has us feeling very fortunate we were able to bring her on board. Our clients are going to very soon feel the same way.”

Lisa's experience includes brand development, strategic planning and delivery of branded content on some of the world’s most iconic brands, including American Express, Volkswagen and “truth” (anti-tobacco) brand. She helped launch the BMW MINI in the United States, one of the most memorable campaigns for CP+B.

“Third Street gave me a great reason to transition back into ad agency life, especially as small agencies with great senior talent are in high demand,” said Lisa.  “I look forward to bringing the success into our Client Success director position by growing our clients’ business and bringing Third Street to new heights.”

Lisa was part of the launch of the startup creative content agency Magma, where she oversaw new business and account service, honing her experience in social media, e-commerce and paid media.

Earlier this year, she earned a certificate in diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace in the real estate industry, where she capitalized on her marketing and account management background.

Originally from New York, Lisa has been a Miami-area resident for more than 25 years, enough time to be a major Miami Dolphins fan. She is a dedicated 11+-year volunteer at L’Orphelinat de L’Enfant Jesus de Prague orphanage in Haiti, where she has faithfully served since the earthquake in 2010.
