Marcel's Smokin' Stunt for Contrex

Boys, boys and more boys...

 

Oo la la. Parisian agency Marcel has got us (Laura Swinton actually, Gabby isn’t sure) feeling rather hot under the collar with their new work for mineral water Contrex. This latest campaign aims to position the water as an important part of any slimming regime – the approach taken is simply sizzling. 
 
 
Parisians were treated to a gaggle of women putting out a fake fire with pedal-powered hoses. Flames were projected onto a building and trapped ‘ripped’ male models emerged from the windows. As flames were doused and models escaped onto the stage, they informed the swooning crowd that they had just burnt 2000 calories. The film ends with the line: ‘Slimming doesn't have to be boring’.
 
Now if you'll excuse Laura, she is off to re-watch the footage for the 100th time…
