Boldspace will drive PR and social media strategy for Viceroy Riviera Maya

Viceroy Riviera Maya, recently voted the No. 1 resort hotel in Mexico, has appointed brand building, communications and analytics agency Boldspace to drive its PR and social media strategy.

Viceroy Riviera Maya is a Mexican luxury resort nestled in the rainforest of Riviera Maya near Playa Del Carmen where guests can stay at one of 41 villas, each with a private patio, plunge pool and terrace. The resort is part of the Viceroy Group which has luxury hotels across the US and Mexico, as well as Serbia and Portugal.

Beyond beautiful design, Viceroy properties create feelings of personal growth, enrichment and a sense of community for their guests, and Boldspace will leverage its diverse, integrated expertise across strategy, creative, SEO and communications, using both creativity and data to drive awareness of this breath-taking, cultural escape.

Viceroy Riviera Maya will be the 15th client to be onboarded onto Boldspace’s proprietary analytics platform BoldLensTM, which will allow the hotel to track all paid, owned and earned communications activity against key metrics, including revenue and competitor benchmarking.

The travel industry has had a challenging few years – from lockdowns to constantly changing restrictions that differ from one country to the next. While recent news shows some uncertainty still lies ahead, the industry is bouncing back. And as the industry recovers, Boldspace will provide strategic support globally to give Viceroy Riviera Maya even more of an opportunity to shine.

The account will be led by Boldspace co-founder, Nick Ford-Young, and associate director, Lou Kelly, reporting to Viceroy Riviera Maya director of sales and marketing, Tulio Baruch.
