World Nature Conservation Day is celebrated on July 28th annually and the day is celebrated to create awareness about natural resources. It also encourages people to protect the earth’s natural resources which is fast depleting owing to over exploitation. Using the power of SOLAR, is the best way to beat the stress of global warming and climate change and promotes efforts towards saving energy resources. With the increasing threat of carbon footprint due to overuse of depleting natural resources is looming over us, Luminous wanted to focus on ways on what can be done to curb it. Using natural energy from the Sun is the best way to reduce the harmful impacts of carbon footprints.
Considering this, AutumnGrey (Bangalore) conceptualized and created the campaign #EveryDayIsASUNDay with Luminous Solar by bringing a light-hearted approach to celebrate the day and bring to the light, an idea of sustainable way of living and finding alternate ways of consuming energy for a cleaner and greener world. Roping in Sachin for the cause, created buzz amongst his fans as he wished everyone a ‘Happy SUN-day’ by listing the benefits of solar power and how can all of us save the planet by doing our bit.
