British-born Luke Monaghan brings his vibrant, youthful and energetic style of visual storytelling to the US market by joining the roster at Arts & Sciences.
Monaghan approaches film with rich colors and a cinematic perspective; the end result being aesthetically seductive. Examples of the this can be seen in his work with Disclosure (whose Monaghan-directed “White Noise” made it as a Vimeo Staff Pick and has been an official selection for Raindance & SXSW Film Festivals), A@SAP Rocky, Azealia Banks (in collaboration with ASOS), Ed Sheeran, Flatbush Zombies, Wretch 32, Maverick Sabre, Big Sean and more. And his A$AP Rocky documentary for UK’S Channel4 showcased Monaghan’s versatility and ability to direct compelling documentary longer form work. In the advertising world he has worked with notable clients such as Nike and Adidas.

On the heels of White Noise’s success, Monaghan released his first short film “Ezekiel”, an experimental film on the youngest Preacher in the US, which has received press all over the world. He's currently in post on a Nike project for the release of the new Nike Brazil soccer jersey for the 2014 World Cup.
Monaghan began his career as an intern at MTV London and quickly worked his way up the ranks to shooting documentary style music shows. Although born and raised in the UK, he now calls Los Angeles home.
