Sai Selvarajan and Marc Chartrand worked closely with the film’s director Norry Niven, on the evocative, dreamlike title sequence. Chartrand and Selvarajan share an appreciation of the art of title sequences as the perfect marriage of cinematography, film editing, and graphic design. “We wanted to make a piece that played almost like a short film before the feature,” Selvarajan explained. “Something that could stand on its own, while serve as an appetizer to the main course.”
“Chasing Shakespeare” is a love story between a young African-American man and a Native American girl with a passion for Shakespeare. The film stars Danny Glover, Graham Greene and Ashley Bell.
