On the evening of 26 October retail activation network, Lowe Open, hosts a briefing event for clients and staff at
Lowe and Partners London HQ. Entitled ‘Serving Shoppers in the Digital Age’ invited clients, staff and partners will hear from different voices from a new coalition of agency thinkers, technology experts and idea developers.
- Simon Goodall, Chief Strategy Officer at Lowe Open, will share the results from new proprietary research on shoppers’ needs. The study will reveal trends in expectations and aspirations of FMCG and consumer electronics shoppers and Simon will reveal how these insights can enable brands to better serve their needs.
- Industrial designer, inventor and lecturer at the Royal College of Art and QMW, Adam Sutcliffe, will discuss how democratization of creativity is breaking down barriers between ideas, service design and invention. With a fascinating look at how technologies such as 3D printing are changing the relationship between consumers and products.
- Chris Schaumann, Director Advocacy at Nokia will talk about the art and science of advocacy. With a look at how the digital advertising trends are creating new communication and marketing models and how new technologies are shaping the consumer path to purchase.
Guests will engage in discussion about shoppers’ needs and business goals. Lowe Open believes here lies a rich and largely untapped opportunity for creating value. But it is not traditional products, communications or brands that are stimulating this value exchange. It takes a radical new approach that fuses brilliant shopper insights, emerging technologies and creativity to make your brands genuinely helpful and useful. Guests are asked - Are you ready for this new value paradigm?
