Global creative studio Los York welcomes Eric Zapakin as executive producer of the creative studio and Earl McDaniel as head of production for live action. These key new hires are part of the company’s continued exponential growth experienced over the last three years. 

Eric Zapakin is Los York’s new Executive Producer for the Creative Studio, bringing 15 years of insight and experience to the growing global team. Most recently, he spent nearly four years overseeing all live action and post-production assignments for We Are Royale, while executing the company's growth strategy. Prior to his time at We Are Royale, Zapakin was a senior producer at Imaginary Forces. Zapakin began his career at Troika, a branding and strategy agency, where he contributed to a wide-ranging slate of projects, including rebrands, show/content packages, and 360 marketing campaigns for esteemed brands, such as HBO, Netflix, STARZ, ESPN, CBS Sports, Hulu & Time Warner Cable.

Earl McDaniel has joined Los York as head of production for live action. McDaniel lends over 25 years of experience as part of several iconic commercial production companies. McDaniel was most recently at Stink Films, where he was tasked with some of the largest and most complex budgets in the business during the height of the pandemic. Previous roles include EP/head of production roles with Hey Wonderful, PRETTYBIRD, Bandito Brothers, and Furlined. McDaniel cut his teeth rising through the ranks at Propaganda Films while working with A-List directors, including David Fincher, Michael Bay, and Antoine Fuqua.
