London's Short & Sweet Film Evenings in March
Short & Sweet has been London's only weekly short film evening since Monday, 8 May 2006. Each week they've shown a selection of the finest short films, music videos and short animations from around the globe. The idea has always been to inspire all who attend, expose the best talent and ultimately celebrate film. Every year since 2007, BAFTA have chosen Short & Sweet as the London venue to screen all their BAFTA short film and short animation nominees. The weekly nights have been on hiatus since January 2011 - but they are now focusing on more one-off month long specials like this next one in March. They are not your average festival but a place where like minded people converge to enjoy private screenings of the finest films.
This March Short & Sweet London are reclaiming Monday evenings! They are once again working with BAFTA and back with a selection of the finest Short Films, Music Videos and short Animations around. For 4 consecutive Monday evenings join them at the fantastic Roxy Bar & Screen, winner of best entertainment pub in the UK.
