Lloyds Banking Group – the UK’s largest financial services group – has appointed Havas helia to its customer engagement account following a competitive pitch.
The process, which began in November 2018, was handled by Creativebrief. Havas helia beat 13 other agencies including incumbents, to the contract, which begins in April.
Lloyds Banking Group’s brands include Lloyds Bank, Halifax, Scottish Widows, Bank of Scotland and MBNA, and Havas helia’s remit will span one-to-one communications across all channels, including direct marketing, CRM, b2b and customer conversion.
