Liz Peetoom Appointed Managing Director of Content Icons

Starting this month, Liz Peetoom will take over as managing director from Sara Rottenberg, founder of influencer marketing agency Content Icons. Liz, who also became a shareholder at ACE, will be responsible for the talent network and further integration of Content Icons with other ACE agencies. Sara is stepping back from the day-to-day operations and will remain involved as an advisor and shareholder.

Content Icons was founded in 2019 by the then 22-year-old Rottenberg. The agency was one of the first to focus on co-creation between brands and creators, actively involving influencers/talents in developing creative content solutions for brands. Content Icons works with a wide range of renowned talents such as Rianne Meijer, Romee Strijd, and Jutta Leerdam, for brands including DIOR, Zalando, H&M, Unilever, and Hugo Boss.

We see the market professionalizing, and with that, the role of creators becomes increasingly important.
