Leading international grocery chain LIDL UK today announces the appointment of TBWA\London to support its brand growth ambitions in the UK. LIDL UK and TBWA\London, part of the Omnicom Group, will form a partnership for marketing across the UK.
The appointment marks a change of strategy for LIDL UK, as creative duties were previously handled in-house. This follows an extensive agency search process involving undisclosed creative agencies managed directly by LIDL UK.
Specific duties for TBWA\London include overall strategy and creative execution across brand, in-store, digital and local marketing.
