Today, McDonald’s launches a new campaign to promote their Festive menu. Created by Leo Burnett, the ad is the charming story of a postman – in many ways the modern Santa Claus – who braves the elements to deliver festive joy to the British public. After a tough day’s work, he rewards himself for his efforts with a delicious Winter Warmer and some banter with his workmates.
The campaign was created by Liam Bushby and Alison Steven, the creative directors were Tony Malcolm, Guy Moore. ECD was Justin Tindall. Jim Gilchrist at MJZ directed the ad.
The work is supported by an outdoor campaign that builds on the idea of festive deliveries, celebrating the menu on colourful festive stamps. The outdoor was created by Alison Steven and Liam Bushby with food photography by Jason Lowe and stamp design and creation by Aesthetic Apparatus.
