Leading global cheese brand Leerdammer has appointed Blast Radius Amsterdam to develop its global digital marketing platforms in order to enable Leerdammer to better connect with its consumers via social media channels.
The account win is the result of a competitive pitch involving top digital agencies from across Europe. Blast Radius has been appointed to support Leerdammer in the development of new web platforms and ultimately to bring the brand to life through the creation of content that connects with consumers via their social channels.
The first work created by Blast Radius Amsterdam is due to debut in Germany in January 2014 and will include a new website. Leerdammer is owned by Bel Group which is headquartered in Paris, France. Bel Group is a leading branded cheese company with an annual turnover ahead of 2.5 billion euros. It has 10,600 employees worldwide and sells its products in over 120 countries.
