Global marketing and technology agency LBi has appointed Sergio Falletti to the position of senior mobile business consultant.
Sergio’s appointment underlines LBi’s commitment to growing its already well-established mobile team, which has helped brands like E.ON and Lloyds TSB develop industry-leading mobile propositions.
With over 13 years of experience in digital, Sergio joins LBi from mobile specialist, Future Platforms, where he was co-founder and commercial director.
During his seven years at Future Platforms, Sergio helped the company grow to deliver projects, applications and consultancy to a range of blue-chip brands including the BBC, Microsoft, Intel and Hasbro, as well as Channel 4, Lastminute.com, Dennis Publishing, Nokia, Orange, BAA and CNBC.
Prior to co-founding Future Platforms, Sergio spent more than six years at The Hub Communications, where he was Client Services Director, responsible for Vodafone’s ecommerce business. He and his team helped Vodafone to roll out networked in-store kiosks and were engaged at a global level for the launch of Vodafone Live.
At LBi, Sergio will work directly with the agency’s new business, client services and delivery teams to develop and cement mobile as a central part of LBi’s blended service offering.
Ilicco Elia, head of mobile at LBi said: “Sergio is a great addition to the LBi team. He has a proven track record in taking clients beyond creating a nice-to-have app to developing a fully considered mobile strategy.”
Sergio Falletti, senior mobile consultant at LBi, added: “There are many things which appealed to me about LBi: its blended and multi-disciplinary approach to work, the fact that technology sits at the top table, and its drive to inject some real magic into every digital product. I’m looking forward to helping to deliver products which become part of the life of millions of people, disrupt an industry or make the difficult simple.”
