Placed in top ten for second year running

Global marketing and technology agency LBi has for the second year running been acknowledged as one of Scotland's top ten best places to work by the Great Place to Work® Institute at its annual awards.

The agency was commended for its unique culture and strong camaraderie, as well as its HR processes and colleague development initiatives.

LBi ranked third overall and was the only digital agency to appear in the top 10 of the medium to large sized businesses category, ranking above organisations including Accenture, The Law Society of Scotland and Lomond Fine Foods.

The event was held at Glasgow's Grand Central Hotel and hosted by BBC broadcaster and business commentator, Bryan Burnett, who commended LBi for creating a platform enabling colleagues to genuinely influence the business.

The award follows the recent appointment of Sophie Ling as Chief People Officer. Along with her People Team, Sophie is spearheading a series of initiatives aimed at making LBi a uniquely rewarding workplace capable of attracting and retaining a truly diverse range of talent across a variety of different disciplines.

Anil Pillai, UK CEO at LBi said: “As we continue to evolve as a business, we're working hard to maintain the magic that makes our culture so special, while continuing to create exceptional work for our clients. It’s great to see that once again, we’ve been recognised as one of the best workplaces in Scotland.”
