Lastminute.com Group has appointed FCB Inferno following a search run through Creativebrief.
The agency is tasked with building the emotional value of the lastminute.com brand with a focus on creating new content.
The multinational group is a global leader in the online travel industry and operates a portfolio of well-known brands that include lastminute.com, Bravofly and the Spanish travel website, Rumbo. Across all its websites and mobile apps (in 17 languages and 40 countries) the group reaches 43 million users per month, who search for and book their travel and leisure experiences.
As a fully integrated agency, FCB Inferno has a wide range of in-house production capabilities who will lead the charge in creating content for lastminute.com. The team is led by Head of Broadcast, Jason Ayers. With their internal ‘predators’ (hybrid directors, producers and editors), the department is already creating content for existing clients such as BMW and Havaianas.
