Former Coca-Cola marketing employee joins as Director of Planning

Perry Fair, President and Chief Creative Officer of JWT Atlanta, today announced a significant addition to the leadership team. Kevin Keith, formerly Group Director of Integrated Marketing Content at The Coca-Cola Company, has been named Director of Planning at JWT Atlanta. Keith joins the agency effective immediately and will report to Fair.


“Kevin is a one-of-a-kind creative marketing strategist who is an innovator and disrupter at heart,” said Fair. “He has the ability to see where things are going and to challenge both clients and teams to take big ideas further and make them a reality. He is a game changer for JWT Atlanta and a win for the network.”


“I was introduced to Perry when he joined JWT Atlanta and have followed his accomplishments and work over the past two years,” said Keith. “The extensive technology capabilities at JWT and the supporting infrastructure to propel creative ideas into business solutions for clients made the agency very attractive for me, and I’m excited to see what we can invent together.”


At the core of the agency, Keith will lead the planning discipline for JWT Atlanta, whose clients include the United States Marine Corps, Shell, Jiffy Lube, U.S. Virgin Islands, Transamerica, FEMA, SCANA Energy, Pennzoil and Quaker State, among others.  He will work to streamline all strategy efforts, while driving innovation through providing key insights and cultural context for client campaigns and new business efforts.


Working on both the client and agency side over the course of his career, Keith has spent time at UPS, Draftfcb, Publicis & Hal Riney and Ogilvy & Mather in addition to his most recent job at The Coca-Cola Company. He has been acknowledged throughout the industry for his groundbreaking marketing and most recently was part of the primary team responsible for helping Coke win Advertising Age’s 2013 Marketer of the Year. He has worked on a wide range of iconic brands including Coke Zero, Toyota, Citibank, Hewlett-Packard, IBM and Mercedes Benz creating award-winning work across multiple categories and platforms. Keith has been recognized at every major award show, including Cannes, The One Show and the Effie Awards.
