JWT Folk has strengthened its senior creative team with the appointments of Jonny Cullen and Keith Lawler to the position of creative directors.
Jonny Cullen has taken up the role of creative director at JWT Folk, having joined from Rothco where he held the same position. Jonny brings 20 years of experience with him, having created award-winning work during previous stints at Boys and Girls (as head of art), and McCann Erickson, BBDO and Dialogue.
Keith Lawler has also taken up the position of creative director in the Dublin agency, after being promoted from head of art. Keith started his career in TBWA Dublin, before spending almost four years in Dubai at agencies such as Saatchi and Saatchi. Keith first joined the agency two years ago. He also ran his own tech company before taking up the role.
Commenting on the appointments, Karl Waters, creative partner at JWT Folk said: “At JWT Folk we are committed to creating work for our clients that impacts on culture. The appointment and promotion of Jonny and Keith is an acknowledgment that their work already does this in spades. We’re confident that with the guys in place we can really push our creative output in the coming months. So, we’re obviously delighted to have them on board.”
