Former NBC Universal producer to lead the agency's internal production arm, Bolt Content
Bolt Content, the content production arm of TBWA in Canada, has announced Lior Etziony as its lead and executive producer. He is an Emmy award-winning producer and creative strategist with extensive experience in branded content, production management and film.
Etziony relocated to Toronto from New York City where he was overseeing production, brand partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns for NBC Universal, in cooperation with USA Network’s in-house creative agency. In addition, Etziony was overseeing production and creative at NBC's lifestyle division (LXTV), where he was a Showrunner, working on travel, celebrity and lifestyle branded shows for clients such as Ford, Deloitte, Microsoft, Visit Scotland and others. Prior to his work at NBC, Etziony directed and produced a full-length documentary film, distributed on most major VOD platforms in 51 countries worldwide.
Since landing in Canada two years ago, Etziony spearheaded production and brand films at Media One Creative, with their first full feature-length brand film releasing on Amazon Prime in 2019.
Etziony is passionate about cause-based marketing and has worked with multiple charity organisations, B Corp Certified firms and other socially responsible companies around the world to bring awareness to urgent social and cultural issues, such as disaster relief, gender equality, air pollution and eradicating hunger in developing countries.
Etziony holds a law degree and is a recurring guest speaker at the University of Toronto on the topic of cause-based marketing and deploying influencers for social campaigns.

Bolt Content Toronto opened its doors early 2018, as one of Bolt production arms of TBWA worldwide, together with Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne and Shanghai.
