Juniper Park\TBWA Celebrates the 'Work From Home' Wins with ‘Badges of Honour’

Agencies have accomplished a lot this past year, and deserve some recognition. From hoarding toilet paper like there’s no tomorrow, to turning our kitchens into sourdough bakeries, to presenting work while we change our babies’ diapers – we’ve done it all.

Juniper Park\TBWA is celebrating these uniquely 2020 moments by turning some of our newfound hobbies, mishaps, and milestones into 'WFH Badges of Honour'.

Inspired by the badges Scouts receive for completing a task or mastering a craft, the digital badges highlight a vast array of the working from home wins agency staff have had – and truthfully, many others have had.

From 'DIY Renovator' to 'Cross-Stitch Extraordinaire' to 'Sweatpants Chic', each badge takes a playful approach to representing some of those smaller achievements we can claim as our own while working away at the home office – whether that is your kitchen table or spare bedroom. 27 were created in total to capture the diverse experiences we’ve had during this unprecedented time.

The digital badges are being distributed to all staff and shared across the TBWA collective so that everyone can proudly add their personal accolades to their email signatures and celebrate what they achieved. That way we can see the real person behind the signature.
