AMV BBDO is growing its creative team with the appointment of creative director João Paulo Testa.
Testa or JP, as he is known, has over 17 years of industry experience commencing his career in São Paulo (Brazil), at AlmapBBDO, before moving to F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi where he led creatively the Mercedes-Benz account.
In 2019 he moved to Fallon London as creative director, where he was instrumental in moving the agency back into the Cannes Lions Global Creativity Report Top 10 in the UK for the first time in nine years. Most recently, he has worked as creative director at Rankin Creative, where he has helped Aston Martin re-imagine its brand, and within the special projects team at Prada Group.
On JP joining the team, AMV BBDO CCOs Nadja Lossgott and Nicholas Hulley said, “JP is a tour de force of creativity, bringing a tremendous experience and a lovely eye for craft.
